About

Built by an operator. Focused on executive clarity.

ConciseData Consult Limited was founded to fix something its founder lived: leadership teams waiting on manual spreadsheet assembly to understand performance. ConciseOne is the answer — a governed, executive-ready intelligence layer above the systems already running the business.

Why this company exists

From inside a Canadian gold miner.

The founding story is grounded in a real reporting problem, not generic startup positioning.

Before founding ConciseData, the founder worked as an HR Data Analyst at IAMGOLD Corporation — one of Canada's major gold miners. She represented IAMGOLD as a sponsored ambassador at PDAC 2024, where conversations with mining executives confirmed a universal pattern: executive reporting was still manual, slow, and fragmented.

She returned to Schulich's Master of Management in AI program to build the technical foundation. ConciseOne is the result — a product designed around the operating reality she lived inside the mining sector.

A traction story grounded in operator reality.

From inside a major gold miner, to PDAC validation, to paid pilots.

Discovery

Lived the problem inside a major Canadian gold miner

Founder Nana Amina Abubakar saw the executive reporting bottleneck from inside operations — and started designing the layer she wished existed.

PDAC 2024

Validated the gap with industry leaders on the floor

As an IAMGOLD ambassador at PDAC, Nana spoke with mining executives worldwide — confirming the manual, slow, fragmented reporting pattern was universal.

PDAC 2026

Returned to validate the product with junior miners

Direct conversations with Canadian junior mining leadership reinforced demand for a governed executive intelligence layer above existing systems.

Now

Building the executive intelligence layer pilots run on

Commercial introductions through the Canada High Commission opened a clear path to paid pilots with mining operators.
